("SwyftCo", "we", "us", "our"), registration number

1. Services
SwyftCo provides consulting, integration, and implementation services relating to
document data extraction, data engineering, artificial intelligence, and workflow
automation, including work on Snowflake and AWS Bedrock. The precise scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines
for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work,

Terms, that agreement prevails in respect of that engagement.
2. Website content
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not

relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. We may change, suspend, or withdraw
any part of this website at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
All trade marks, logos, text, graphics, and other material on this website are
owned by or licensed to SwyftCo and are protected by South African and international
intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal,
non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create
derivative works from this website without our prior written consent.
Ownership of intellectual property created during a client engagement is dealt with
in the applicable written agreement for that engagement.
4. Third-party services and links
Our services are delivered on and alongside third-party platforms, including
Amazon Web Services and Snowflake. Your use of those platforms is subject to the
terms of the relevant provider, and we are not responsible for their availability,
performance, pricing, or changes to their services. This website may link to
third-party sites; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful,
nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, the server on which it is
stored, or any connected system or network.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent
permitted by law, and subject always to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where
it applies, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to this
website and its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwyftCo shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit,
revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of this
website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be
excluded or limited.
7. Indemnity

Privacy Policy
SwyftCo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal
information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what
rights you have. It is issued in accordance with the Protection of Personal
Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
1. Responsible party
The responsible party is SWYFTCO (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2023/812056/07,
of Cape Town, South Africa. Our full registered address is set out in the PAIA manual.
Our Information Officer is appointed in terms of POPIA and may be contacted at
info@swyftco.com.
The Information Officer is named in the PAIA manual.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address,
telephone number, company, and the content of any enquiry you send us.
- Client engagement information — contact and billing
details of client personnel, and information necessary to deliver the engagement.
- Technical information — standard web server and content
delivery network logs, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page,
and the time of your request.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we process it
We process personal information to respond to enquiries, to provide and administer
our services, to perform a contract with you or your employer, to comply with legal
and tax obligations, and to protect the security and integrity of our systems. We
rely on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interest as
the lawful bases for processing, as applicable.
4. Client data processed on your behalf
When we deliver integration or data engineering work, we may access personal
information for which our client is the responsible party and SwyftCo is an operator
as defined in POPIA. In that role we process such information only on the
documented instruction of the client, under the terms of the applicable engagement
agreement, and we apply appropriate security safeguards. We do not use client data
to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Sharing and cross-border transfer
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who
support our operations — such as cloud hosting, email, and accounting
providers — and where required by law. Some of these providers process
information outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred across
borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is subject to protection comparable
to that required by POPIA, as contemplated in section 72.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal
information against loss, unauthorised access, and unlawful processing. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose
for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law — for example,
the retention periods imposed by tax and companies legislation.
8. Your rights
Subject to POPIA, you have the right to be told what personal information we hold
about you, to request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate,
irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete, misleading, or unlawfully obtained,
to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on
consent. Requests for access are handled under the Promotion of Access to
Information Act 2 of 2000 — see the PAIA section below.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer at
info@swyftco.com.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you
may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa):
